What type of licence do you need? Personal/Streaming/Merchandise (My prices are calculated with a streaming commercial licence added by default. Depending on what you need, your final price might be different. I will make sure to communicate this to you clearly in my response to your application.)

Do you have a preferred completion date? Please let me know if you do. It can be vague.

I reserve the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions without acknowledgement.

Prices and listings are subject to changes.

It's your responsibility to keep up to date with my Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to refuse your application if you do not have any/adequate visual references.

I accept payments via PayPal only. I will not work for free or exposure.

When you apply, I will ask you to provide a PayPal email address for invoicing. You will also be asked for a Discord or Twitter username so I may contact you about your application/commission.

You must pay within seven days of receiving an invoice. I will start work once I've received the full payment.

I will send invoices as soon as I can start work on your commission.

Requiring me to work off-stream will be subject to an extra cost of £20.

Please note that a 4% Service Fee is rounded up and added to your total.

Minor changes are free during the sketching phase. Any significant changes are limited to five. Please make sure to have a clear idea and communicate your needs adequately.

If you insist on making changes after the sketching phase, I will charge you starting at £30 per edit.

I will not provide changes once the rendering is complete. I may offer a "returning customer" discount for a new piece instead.

The delivery date will be 8 – 12 weeks from the date of payment confirmation.

By commissioning me, you agree to my timings. I may not be able to promise an early delivery date if I am busy, but please feel free to ask.

I cannot guarantee I will always keep your commission files. Please take care of your commissioned artwork and back it up. If you lose your commission, feel free to let me know.

Please let me know if you need me to keep the project a secret until a specific date.

I will deliver your commission via Dropbox.

If you would like a refund before I begin work on the project, you will receive your money back. If you request a refund at the sketching phase, I will keep 50% of your payment. No refunds will be available after you've approved the sketch.

If you file a chargeback against me, you willfully agree to lose all rights to all commissions purchased from me at any time. Using those commissions personally or commercially will be violating the Terms of Service. I will put you on a blocklist and warn other artists. Following a chargeback, I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new clients or use it in my online store.

You cannot claim the authorship of the artwork itself. I keep all ownership of my work.

You may use your commission within the limits of your purchased commercial rights only. Personal use of the artwork is always allowed unless I blocklisted you. You may NEVER use your commission for NFT purposes.

I reserve the right to post WIPs and stream the process of your commission online unless agreed to otherwise during the application process.

I reserve the right to use commissions as material for portfolios, showcases, business cards, price list examples, etc.

Do not edit, trace, modify or alter the artwork, ever. You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

By commissioning me, you agree to credit me when using the artwork. In the case of a logo/profile picture or streaming assets, you agree to credit me in your socials info/bio (Twitter, Twitch, Youtube etc.).
